summer of fitness, an update

summer of fitness / elizabethcraneswartz.com so I'm officially hooked on spinning. I know, I'm as surprised as you are but the results don't lie - I'm wearing clothes I haven't worn in two years and I feel fantastic. I spin three to four times a week and in truth, I also cut back my alcohol consumption down to one or two nights and these two things alone have made an enormous difference. I don't have fabulous 'before & after' photos (I'm not sure anyone would notice the differences) but that was never my goal. I wanted to feel stronger and healthier and I do. oh, and the 5k Abby and I signed up for won't happen this year. not because we didn't want to but we got a better offer - a trip to grand cayman. we've agreed that we'll try to run while we're there but I know it's not the same. there's always next year...
