Shipping + Returns
 

We pack all of our orders entirely by hand in our Pawtucket, Rhode Island studio. All orders typically ship in 2-4 business days and then an extra 3-6 business days can be expected for delivery with tracking information provided by email notification.

Please contact us in advance of your order at info@seagrassstudio.com If you’re interested in expedited shipping or shipping internationally so we can calculate the costs and make the necessary arrangements.

All sales are final. Each hand-painted item is packaged carefully to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. If there’s a problem with your piece, please contact us at info@seagrassstudio.com within three days of receipt so we can work with you to repair, replace or exchange the item for store credit. Unfortunately, shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. We recommend obtaining a tracking number for your return shipment.

We are happy to offer complimentary repairs on any piece within 30 days of purchase. Additional fees may be charged depending on cause or extent of wear. Please email us at info@seagrassstudio.com for further details about our repair and replacement policy.
