HERE'S WHAT I'M THINKING

I’ve been talking about it for awhile now, and several people have asked when I would get to it, but I FINALLY MADE BLACK & WHITE EARRINGS!

we had a fun weekend planned and I knew black & white earrings would look great with this hotel as a backdrop so I spent a few hours friday before we left sorting them out.

personally, I’d love a pair of striped earrings but after wrestling with straight lines, bleeding paint and frustration I scrapped the stripes and started over. I use something called quilter’s tape to help with lines / edges but otherwise it’s all eyeballed. also, I really want to make them using a split ball instead of flat disc for the post but until I sort out those mechanics this is what I’ve got to work with.

and how great do they look with the coordinating caroline bracelets??
