what a week! usually when you get back from vacation you keep things low key but not this time.

on monday, I met up with my friends Barb and Claire in boston at a new pop -up experience called happy place where we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves followed by a great lunch at Parish. happy place is in Boston until June 2 if you’re looking for a little colorful fun.

on tuesday, I started my day with the rhode island chapter of rising tide society for an incredibly helpful SEO discussion. then that night, Bob and I went up the street to see David Sedaris and he didn’t disappoint. I think my favorite of his books is Me Talk Pretty One Day.

on wednesday, Barb and I were back together for our first (of five) pastel classes through the newport art museum. I’ve been wanting to find a way to play with color and compliment my jewelry but I’ve found it frustrating. I think pastels might be my new favorite.

on thursday, I rested.

and today? today we’re headed up to saratoga springs, ny for the weekend 🙌🏻. we’re going #onalark and staying at the downtowner, a boutique hotel smack in the middle of the city and fenway gets to come along!
